A. GOD AS LIFE-SANCTIFIER (v.23)
“… may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely … whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
B. GOD AS PROMISE-KEEPER (vv.24-28)
“He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it.” (v.24)
