This role reports to the Manager, Global Alliance (GA) and shall be a strong administrative support for the GA Ministry. This role shall be responsible for the following:
- Design and format high-quality conference hand-outs and presentations, ensuring content is clear, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage the archive and pro-active filing of GA recordings, presentations and conference materials
- Process claims of GA principals
- Editing, formatting and disseminating Thought For Your Day e-newsletter
- Set up and host Zoom meetings and online webinars
- Liaise with vendors and coordinate logistics where necessary
- Process documentation for payment of vendor services and products
- Assists GA Manager in special projects

- A team player and collaborator
- Generally likes people – gets along well with people of all walks and levels of life
- Persuasive but firm when needed
- Generally supported and well-liked by pastors and staff and key lay leaders

- Understands, resonates and champions the mission, vision and values of Covenant EFC
- Possess the ability, willingness and humility to see, understand and support Covenant leadership decisions, thereby preserving unity, despite differing personal preferences and/or styles, so long as these are not doctrinal, ethical, moral or legal in nature
E. Competence
- General
- Minimum degree in any related discipline
- Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps such as Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Exchange/Outlook
- Proficiency in Zoom and transcription apps

Reporting to The Next Generation Director, this role is to lead the Centre’s LPXUP (Lower Primary & Upper Primary) ministry. This role executes TNG strategies, models the CEFC core values and leads the assigned ministry towards TNG mission in CEFC as an Intentional Disciplemaking Church.
Job Responsibilites
- Partner with parents to disciple our young ones to own their faith, live it out and pass it on.
- Cast vision, lead and shepherd lay team of leaders and parents.
- Challenge the F.A.T. (Faithful, Available and Teachable) youths to serve as disciplemakers in LPXUP ministry.
- Organise TNG projects such as Generations Camp, TNG Baptism etc. with TNG staff team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a shepherd’s heart.
- Strong team player with creative collaboration skills.
- Experience in strategic planning, execution and vision casting is required.
- Minimum Diploma holder.

We invite you to join the worship ministry if you are a trained pianist, acoustic guitarist, electric guitarist, bassist, or drummer, and have a passion to serve in a team environment. You are required to go through an audition and interview process with commitment to serve once a month (Saturday rehearsal, Sunday serve).
