This role reports to the Manager, Global Alliance (GA) and shall be a strong administrative support for the GA Ministry. This role shall be responsible for the following:
- Design and format high-quality conference hand-outs and presentations, ensuring content is clear, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage the archive and pro-active filing of GA recordings, presentations and conference materials
- Process claims of GA principals
- Editing, formatting and disseminating Thought For Your Day e-newsletter
- Set up and host Zoom meetings and online webinars
- Liaise with vendors and coordinate logistics where necessary
- Process documentation for payment of vendor services and products
- Assists GA Manager in special projects

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the AP Executive is responsible for AP section.The scope of the role involves the following:
- Claims Verification & Processing
- Vendor Invoice Processing
- Payment Processing
- Vendor Master Maintenance
- AP Support & Stakeholder Queries
- Support in both Internal and External Audit
Job Responsibilities:
You will be involved in a range of tasks including the following:
- Verify staff claims and expense reimbursements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with church policies.
- Process approved claims promptly and accurately in the accounting system.
- Review, validate, and process vendor invoices — both Purchase Order (PO) and non-PO. Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Match invoices against POs and goods receipt notes (3-way matching) where applicable.
- Ensure correct coding of all expenses and that supporting documents are attached and approvals obtained prior to processing.
- Prepare and process bank transfers, single or bulk payment runs, and ad-hoc payments via the company’s accounting system.
- Process payments for Mission Offices and overseas entities, ensuring compliance with relevant foreign remittance requirements.
- Work with system vendors and IT to maintain, improve and enhance the finance system and processes.
- Reconcile payment batches and ensure proper documentation and filing system are maintained for audit purposes.
- Create and update vendor records in the system, including banking details, payment terms, etc.
- Conduct periodic reviews of vendor master data to ensure accuracy, completeness and up–to–date status.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and external vendors on AP-related queries. Investigate and resolve payment disputes, outstanding invoices, and account discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as required.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls within the AP function.
- Responsible for Cash Collection and Counting at Woodlands centre and making arrangements with Aetos for cash collection for banking in.
Role Requirements
- Minimally, a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Familiarity with GST compliance and handling of overseas remittances.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
- Good understanding of AP processes, internal controls, and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Organised, methodical, and process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Preferably, with good experience in the use of Business Central.

The Ministry Executive is an operations role responsible for supporting the running of the ministry events and weekly Sunday programs in alignment with the church and TNG ministry direction. He/ She will work out the operational, administrative and logistical requirements of the various TNG ministries and co-ordinate with other departments to facilitate planning and execution of TNG events and activities.
Job Responsibilites
A. Provide Operations and Administrative Support for the Next Generation (TNG) Ministry Events and Activities
- Provide support for TNG administrative matters such as managing the Voyager database, TNG website, step-up (registration of lay volunteers), updating of TeamUp/TNG calendar and updating TNG attendances.
- Participate in TNG meetings (including hosting and facilitating Zoom meetings if necessary) and assist in notes taking.
- Assist in the planning, co-ordinating and managing TNG events and activities such as baptism, Generations Camp, TNG Fun Day, P6 Transition, KidzCamp, Life Game Camp, RaisingtheJoshua administration, Baptism clasess and services.
- Specific responsibilities include overseeing registration, budgeting, sourcing, liaising with vendors, logistics, administration, managing ground operations and organizing volunteer involvement.
- Preparation of announcement materials and logistical support in studio audio and/or video recordings when necessary.
- Administratively support TNG for IT — new technology project such as the Covenant App with relevance to TNG.
- Archiving TNG ministry’s e-resources.
B. Ministries Operations Team Member
- As part of the Ministries Operations team, actively seek continuous improvement opportunities of operational processes in the TNG ministry with the view of improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support Manager (Ministries Operations) in process streamlining, standardisation and documentation of ministry processes.
- Seek supervisory understanding and direction in proposing improved processes to ministries. When faced with challenges, engage supervisor in the process.
