The Next Generation (TNG) ministries are committed to disciple our young ones to become vibrant young disciples who are excited about Jesus, gripped by the Word of God, filled with His Spirit, and daring to share Christ with others. They are young but passionate in building His Church. We want to see revival movement in our church and beyond!
Reporting to The Next Generation Director, this role is required to align in strategy, model the values and lead the assigned ministry towards TNG mission in CEFC as an Intentional DiscipleMaking Church.
The key responsibilities include the following:
- Disciple the next generation within and outside of CEFC through Authentic Discipleship Intentional Disciplemaking (ADID) to win the world for Christ.
- Challenge the F.A.T (Faithful, Available and Teachable) young ones in CEFC to rise up and serve as disciple-makers.
- Engage, captivate and transform our next generation through the preaching of the Word of God and vibrant worship.
- Cast vision, lead and shepherd lay team of leaders and parents.
- Lead and thrive the weekly TNG worship services for his/her assigned ministry by empowering the lay team in the weekly preaching of God’s Word, vibrant worship and culture building.
- Organise TNG projects such as One80, Generations Camp etc with TNG staff team.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a shepherd’s heart.
- Strong team player with creative collaboration skills.
- Experience in strategic planning, execution and vision casting is required.
- Minimum Diploma holder.

MINISTRY EXECUTIVE (SMALL GROUP INFRASTRUCTURE)
As part of the Ministries Operations team, this operational role is responsible to provide operations and administrative support for the SGI (Small Group Infrastructure) Ministry. This includes Covenant Group (CG) related events such as baptism and membership, interviews and trainings, involving leaders and congregation
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Leaders (CG Leader/Zone Mentor) Training. This includes processing applications, liasing with participants, updating master attendance listing, coordinating logistics setup, collating online feedback forms and training administration.
- Administer Membership related matters. This includes planning and organising membership class, coordinating interviews and membership acceptance events, and updating the church management system.
- Support the District Mentors on District matters. Provide district related data for planning purpose. First point-of-contact to address CG Leaders and CG Members email queries.
Update church management system on District and CG changes. - Actively implement continuous improvement opportunities in the SGI ministry including automating and centralizing processes.
- Provide administrative support as assigned to support SGI-related events, including baptism services and Hello groups.
- Support in assigned ministries as needed for Sunday Services and Church-wide events.
Requirements:
- Excellent administrative skills with an eye for details.
- Keen problem-solver.
- Strong ability to multi-task and meet tight datelines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including MS Teams, and Zoom.
- Minimum Diploma holder with at least 2 years of working experience.

EXECUTIVE
(IT)
Reporting to the IT Director, this role is responsible to manage, maintain and enhance the Church IT Network, Systems & its Security across all premises, and works closely with vendors and service providers to deliver the services required.
The job responsibilities include the following:
- Monitor and analyze network and system performance and activity.
- Work with vendors and service providers for scheduled maintenance, regular system patching upgrades and tech refresh of IT systems which includes but not limited to CEFC’s Internet systems, on-premise hardware and software, and services.
- Protect CEFC’s network and system environments by implementing security measures to support a Zero-Trust environment.
- Manage and maintain all CEFC’s security certificates and compliance of security and privacy requirements under PDPA.
- Maintain validity of warranties, certificates, licenses of network devices and tools.
- Assist to ensure that all CEFC IT network devices and on-premise systems are recorded, tagged, and accounted for, according to asset management and audit requirements of CEFC.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computing or equivalent. Fresh Graduates may apply.
- Possess problem solving, innovative and creative skills.
- Able to effectively manage tasks from initiation, planning, execution, testing, acceptance, and training, and follow through on successful completion of projects.
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
- Good communication and collaboration skills. People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills to contribute as a team member.

Human Resources Generalist
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role supports the HR Department in empowering and developing staff in their calling to fulfil the mission of the Church. This role is responsible to support the full spectrum of HR function, including staffing, benefits, payroll, HR system, learning & development, staff development review and related HR administration. As part of the HR team, this role demonstrates a high level of integrity and professional conduct and ensures full confidentiality of information.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform and process staffing matters, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, contract renewals, transfers, retirement and re-employment, and offboarding matters.
- Prepare new staff orientation, update organisation chart, generate contracts, annual salary review letters, HR letters and p-files management.
- Handle benefits administration relating to leave, claims, medical, insurances, etc.
- Manage monthly payroll process, annual staff income tax submission, government-related claims submissions and tax matters with external vendor.
- Manage and update the HR system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Familiar with online HR processes implementation via the system.
- Support staff learning and development in annual development review. Administer training courses registration, training grants, training evaluation etc.
- Handle MOM work passes application, renewal and cancellation. Submit MOM surveys.
- Other HR administration includes but not limited to preparing birthday e-cards and e-vouchers.
- Act as a point of contact and provide support to staff on HR matters and queries.
- Seek continuous improvement in HR processes for efficacy.
- Support / Organise company-wide staff events.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of Human Resources experience.
- People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff.
- Strong detail-oriented, problem-solving and resourceful mindset.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Singapore local employment laws, IRAS and CPF Act is required.
- Experience with HR systems is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including MS Teams, and Zoom.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.

EXECUTIVE
(AUDIO VISUAL)
Reporting to the Audio Visual Team Lead, this role supports the Audio Visual (AV) department in the operation and upkeep of AV systems and equipment, as well as in providing AV support for events and activities across CEFC locations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support in the acquisition, setup and maintenance of equipment. This includes assisting in the design, installation and alteration of audio, video, visual and lighting systems throughout CEFC locations. In addition, liaise with vendors for timely repair and replacement of faulty equipment, and regular preventive maintenance.
- Participate in implementation plans for the maintenance, upgrading, retirement or re-sell, and replacement of critical equipment over their life cycle.
- Support the recruitment, deployment and training of lay volunteers working on the audio, video, visual and lighting systems.
- Meet with ministry event teams to ascertain expectations for event support and recommend solutions. Co-ordinate and provide onsite audio visual support for events and activities across locations.
- Assist to ensure that all CEFC audio, video, visual and lighting assets are inventorised, tagged and accounted for according to asset management and audit requirements of CEFC.
Requirements:
- People-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic about AV, and curious about new and emerging technologies.
- Experience in Video Production / stage lighting is preferred.
- Diploma in related disciplines preferred.

MINISTRY EXECUTIVE
(THE NEXT GENERATION)

- Assist in planning, co-ordinating and managing TNG events and activities such as Baptism, Generations Camp, One80. These include registration, budgeting, sourcing, liaising with vendors, logistics, ground operations and volunteer involvement.
- Provide support for TNG administrative matters such as managing the database and website, updating ministry calendar and attendances.
- Participate in TNG meetings, host and facilitate online meetings and assist in notes taking.
- Prepare announcement materials and logistical support in studio audio and/or video recordings.
- Archive TNG ministry’s e-resources.
- Actively seek continuous improvement opportunities of operational processes in the TNG ministry for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Excellent administrative skills with an eye for details.
- Keen problem-solver with proven experience in process management.
- Strong ability to multi-task and meet tight datelines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including MS Teams, and Zoom.

WEB DEVELOPER

CEFC is currently looking for an energetic, motivated and passionate individual to join the IT team.
Reporting to the IT Director, this role works with a dedicated IT team in projects to plan and deliver web applications and in-house software applications.
The job responsibilities include the following:
- Work closely with a multi-disciplinary and cross-functional team.
- Design, build, test, deploy web and in-house applications.
- Maintain, enhance, trouble shoot and fix any issues relating to PHP and other programs.
- Ensure smooth operations of web processes and infrastructure.
- Develop sound development practices and processes.
- Ensure the adherence of cyber security best practices in development practices
- Create and maintain documentation of software
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with familiar knowledge of:
- Active Server programming
- Visual Basic
- MySQL, MariaDB, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, Javascript, React JS
- PHP/Python/CodeIgniter/WordPress/Joomla/WIX
- Knowledge of modern development principles and coding best security practises such as Object Oriented Programming, Unit Testing, Continuous Integration, Search Engine Optimisation, Web Standards.
- Familiarity with Linux, networking concepts, mobile app development is an added advantage.
- Excellent communicator to stakeholders.
