What does it look like when we approach God in dependence?
In Nehemiah 1:1-2:8, we see two key postures of dependence:
A. TURNING FIRST TO GOD
“… I continued fasting and praying before the God of heaven” (1:4)
“So I prayed to the God of heaven” (2:4)
B. TRUSTING FULLY IN HIS MERCY
