Authentic spirituality is a condition of the heart.

Three symptoms of looming heart failure:

A. A DISTANT HEART (15:1-9)

“… their heart is far from me …”

B. A DIRTY HEART (15:10-20)

“… from the heart come … the things that defile a person …”

C. A DULL HEART (16:1-12)

“… you can’t read the signs of the times …”

Conclusion
Return to authentic spirituality — “Turn to me with all your heart!” (Joel 2:12)
