Executive (Global Alliance)

This role assists the Manager (Global Alliance) cum Personal Assistant (PA) to Leadership Mentor and is responsible to develop creative design graphics and layouts for presentations and publicity collaterals. The candidate is expected to be able to update website content with associated website media and fluent in social media marketing trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven graphic designing experience required
  • Flair in designing Microsoft powerpoint presentations
  • Media, web-savvy and familiar with IT applications such as Skype for Business, IM, voice or video calls
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
  • Independent worker with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply

Video Production Executive

Reporting to the Video Producer, this role is responsible to support the church-wide communication efforts to ensure relevant and on-time information reaches the congregation. The key responsibilities include producing films and videos for informational, publicity, training and promotional purposes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in video or film production or other media-related fields
  • At least 2 years of media industry experience preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity in film script formats, handling of video equipment with video editing skills are beneficial. 
  • Able to work independently and in a team.

Ministry Executive (Small Group Infrastructure)

This is an Operations role responsible to provide administrative and operational support to the Small Group Infrastructure (SGI) ministry. He/ She will coordinate the assimilation of church-wide newcomers, SGI trainings for CG Leaders (CGL) and Zone Mentors (ZM), District Leaders Touchdown and update visitors/regular worshippers/members data in Voyager system. He/ She will also coordinate the monthly Holy Communion, support baptism, membership related events, and church-wide events as required. 

Requirements:

  • Prior projects coordination and administrative experience are beneficial.
  • Pro-active and takes initiative to resolve issues with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel.

Team Lead (Audio Visual)

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is responsible to manage the overall audio, video, visual and lighting system requirements to meet the needs of the respective ministries in the Church. He/She will also be required to lead lay teams, supervise staff and manage vendors.

The key responsibilities include acquiring, deploying, supporting and managing audio, video, visual and lighting systems and equipment across all Covenant EFC premises. This role is required to optimize the equipment capabilities and steward the budget towards maximum cost effectiveness.

He/She will also lead, recruit, train and manage the lay team of volunteers to operate the equipment, conduct trouble-shooting and resolve problems effectively.  

Requirements

  • Relevant years of technical knowledge and skilled in audio, video, visual and lighting
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and coordination skills with detailed follow-through
  • Able to manage multiple projects and multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Pro-active and independent
  • Experience in leading a team is preferred

Manager (Conferences / Events)

Reporting to the Conferences / Events Director, this individual will be responsible for project management and support for all events under the purview of the Conferences / Events team. This will include conferences and residential events undertaken by the church.   
 
The key responsibilities will include organizing and coordinating resources from third party service providers, lay teams and staff to ensure successful execution of all projects undertaken by the Conference / Events Team.  He/ She will be project managing each event to ensure that each of the events’ objectives are met and all services provided are appropriately supported. He / She is also responsible to develop the costings of each event and work with respective teams to achieve the financial objectives of the events.
 
Requirements
• Minimum 5-7 years relevant project management, event management and/or marketing experience
• Excellent interpersonal and
communications skills
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to do detailed follow-through and documentation
• Pro-active, able to work independently
• Ability to operate under tight timelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of productivity tools
• Degree holder in related field would be an advantage

Manager (Media, Communications & Resources)

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is responsible to oversee the media, communications and resources work of the Church. This includes managing various print, digital / online and social media platforms and publications, developing and implementing internal and external communications strategies for church projects and managing the distribution strategy of our church intellectual property resources with local and overseas partners.

Requirements:
• Previous experience working in related role is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maturity in perspective and posture.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Media and/or Communications or related field.
