Dr Cheryl Yeo is an entrepreneur and the founder of iAM Health, a company dedicated to providing science-backed health supplements grounded in nutritional therapy. She holds a PhD in Food Science and Nutrition and has over a decade of experience in research related to metabolic health and functional food therapy. She is passionate about equipping others with practical knowledge and encouraging simple, actionable steps toward healthier living. Having personally experienced a profound health transformation, she believes that optimising micronutrient intake and prioritising gut health can play a key role in better health, echoing the saying, “When the diet is wrong, medicine is of no use; when the diet is right, medicine is of no need.” Cheryl is married to James Yeo, a gifted musician and music arranger. They are blessed with two precious boys, Asher and Joseph. As a family, they seek to weave God’s love into everyday life and are often ready to share their testimonies and bless those around them.
Elle Gwee is the founder and head coach of ARIISE Fitness and co-owner of Kampung CrossFit. As a certified strength and conditioning coach and multi-sport athlete, she blends evidence-based nutrition education with intelligent programming to help women build sustainable strength, healthier habits and long-term well-being. Elle’s mission is to cultivate strong, resilient and well-nourished women who feel empowered in every area of their lives. Elle believes it is never too late for any woman to step into strength — physically, mentally and spiritually. She is joyfully married to Ps Timothy Yeo, Pastor-in-Charge of Young-Adults-in-Covenant. Together, they hope to serve, lead and glorify God through the communities entrusted to them.
