Executive (The Next Generation)

This is an Operations role responsible to support the running of the ministry events and weekly Sunday programs in alignment with the Church and TNG ministry direction. He/ She will work out the administrative and logistical requirements of the various TNG ministries and coordinate the operational requirements with the rest of the Operations departments.

Requirements:

  • Prior projects coordination or process management experience is beneficial.
  • Passionate for The Next Generation ministry.
  • Pro-active and takes initiative to serve with various stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight datelines.

Manager (Media, Communications & Resources)

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is responsible to oversee the media, communications and resources work of the Church. This includes managing various print, digital / online and social media platforms and publications, developing and implementing internal and external communications strategies for church projects and managing the distribution strategy of our church intellectual property resources with local and overseas partners.

Requirements:
• Previous experience working in related role is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maturity in perspective and posture.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Media and/or Communications or related field.

Executive (Finance)

This role is required to perform financial accounting responsibilities such as weekly cash receipt recording for Sunday tithing and other income types, monthly bank reconciliation and monitor cashflow balance. He/She will also coordinate the cash collection process during events. Prior relevant experience is preferred.

Executive (Human Resource)

This role is responsible to provide administrative support to the HR function including payroll, benefits, HRIS, recruitment, government regulations compliance, training and HR-related projects as assigned.  Knowledge of the Singapore Labor Law regulations and minimum two years of payroll experience required.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma holder with 2 years of payroll experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Singapore Labor Law regulations.
• Meticulous with an eye for details.
• People-oriented with good interpersonal skills.

Centre Administration cum Mobilisation, East Centre

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is responsible to lead and oversee operational aspects of the Covenant East Center. This includes being a people mobilizer in various areas to ensure the smooth running of the East Center such as center administration and scheduling, weekly services requirements including Holy Communion, facilities setup and coordination, Finance & IT-related matters. In addition, this role serves as the overall coordinator in mobilizing the lay congregation in the East Center. He/She works very closely with the ministry heads on all lay mobilization in recruitment, selection, redeployment and renewal matters.

Requirements:
• Highly proficient in project leadership.
• Possess strong relational and people skills.
• Maturity in perspective and posture.
• Steadfast with tenacity to pioneer new beginnings.
• Strong multi-tasking ability.
