Registration Guide

1. Who Can Register

Camp Covenant 2026 is open to all regular worshippers of Covenant EFC. Families, youth, seniors, newcomers, and invited guests are warmly welcome. Even if you do not currently belong to a CG, you are still welcome — we may connect you with an existing CG so you can enjoy the camp experience together.

Registration opens: Sunday, 25 January 2026 at 4:00pm

Registration closes: Tuesday, 31 March 2026 at midnight (or earlier if slots are filled)

Early registration is strongly advised.

Transport (2‑way coach): $55 per person

  1. Includes conference facilities, meals and access to plenary sessions camp materials. (meals provided according to centre programme)
  2. All rooms are either King or twin-sharing.
  3. For East Centre at Courtyard, and BPJ at Dusit, rooming for Triple sharing includes king size bed and 1 sofa-converted daybed for the 3rd person. (subject to availability)
  4. Child below the age of 3 (as of 17 Jun 2026) attend for free. But registration is still required.
  5. Transport price is fixed for 2-way only, even if you take 1-way. But please indicate under “Special Request” if you intend to take 1-way for our planning.
  6. Bus pick-up point will be communicated during camp briefing.

Please ensure that you register and pay when registering online. Total price will be reflected during online registration.

No transport arrangement for pre stay, arrange your own 2-way transport.

  • District Mentor (DM) & CGL Name (if any)
  • T‑shirt size (required for all campers aged 13 and above; please refer to the size chart provided)

👉 Each room must have a designated Room I/C (In‑Charge) to collect keys at check‑in.

Camp is bundled with accommodation, conference facilities/collaterals and meals.

  • Room configurations may include:
    • 1 Adult
    • 1 Adult + child(ren)
    • 1 Adult + infant(s)
    • 2 Adults
    • 2 Adults + infant(s) (baby cot subject to availability)
    • 2 Adults + child(ren) (with or without bed; extra bed subject to availability)
    • 3 Adults (with extra bed subject to availability)
  • Occupancy Rules:
    • Maximum: 3 adults OR  2 adults and 2 children (without bed)
    • Each room can fit 1 extra bed + 1 baby cot (subject to availability)
    • Multiple rooms may be booked for families

Payment method: PayNow only

Full payment required at time of booking (no instalments)

Ensure your daily transfer limit is sufficient, especially if booking multiple rooms

If payment fails, you’ll be notified; booking auto‑cancels if not completed by 11:59pm same day

Cancellation up to 9 May 2026 → 50% refund

Cancellation on/after 10 May 2026 → no refund

Refunds processed after camp concludes (post‑20 June)

Camp FAQ

1. Can I just register for sessions with meals only?

Camp package comes with accommodation, conference facilities/collaterals and meals. Conference package which includes conference facilities and meals will only be available after all camp packages are sold out.  This is applicable to BPJ and East only.

We encourage campers to attend where their CGs are based.

Parents are encouraged to attend the camp together with their children.

We encourage parent to register for their children aged 18 years old and below.  When selecting your DM during registration indicate “youth”, “LPUP”, or “Pre-School” for your children.  This would allow the team to plan accordingly.

Please note that you can only cancel your booking by sending an email to the following email to notify us about your intent. Your booking will be considered cancelled only when you have received a confirmation.

There is an option for single room subject to availability. However, if twin-sharing is preferred, please find a suitable roommate (of the same gender) before making your booking online.

Yes but it is subject to availability on first-come-first-serve basis as there are limited numbers available. Please indicate your requirement of a baby cot under Special Request when you make your online booking.

Yes. Please register them and provide us their information. Ages are calculated as of 17 Jun 2026.  Their attendance at the camp is free.

Yes, there are children programme planned out in Camp Covenant 2026 for ages 4 to 12 years old. 

  • ⁠ ⁠Pre-School (4 to 6 years old)
  • ⁠ ⁠Lower Primary & Upper Primary (7 to 12 years old)

There are no programmes planned for children below 3 years old. However, space will be provided at the back of the main hall for parents to attend to their children. Parents are advised to make arrangements for the care of their own children.

All campers under the age of 18 are required to obtain consent from their parents.  Parental/guardian consent forms will be dispatch subsequent to registration to the lead registrant.

Do note that registration for minors (i.e. campers under 18 years old) is considered complete only upon receipt of parental consent.

On 17 Jun, keys will be issued at 5:00pm. The program will start after dinner.

On 20 Jun, the program is scheduled to end at 1:30pm. You are free to depart from the campsite thereafter.

Option for pre-stay on 16 Jun 2026 only. Campers who wish to extend their stay must make personal arrangements.

Travel Insurance is not included in the price. Campers are required to get their own travel insurance.

Yes, you may arrange your own transportation to the camp. Please ensure you make the necessary travel arrangements to get there.

BPJ – Dusit Princess Melaka Hotel

  1. Entry by car plate number
  2. Complimentary car park for in-house guest – Validate at hotel reception before every exit by providing the car plate number and hotel room number, require to exit within 15 minutes after validation.

WDL – Hatten Hotel

  1. Entry by tapping TnG/Debit/Credit card
  2. Flat rate RM5 nett per day for in-house guest – Validate your entry card (TnG, Debit/Credit card) at hotel reception by providing hotel room number before exit, one-time validation per day, allows multiple entries within the same day using the same entry card.

East – Courtyard Melaka

  1. Entry by car plate number
  2. Complimentary car park for in-house guest – Validate at hotel reception before exit by providing your car plate number and hotel room number, one-time validation for whole camp duration 17-20 Jun 2026, allows for multiple entries after validation.

Please note that all camp bookings are processed through our partnered travel agent. As a result, hotel membership benefits, including the accumulation of loyalty points or other member privileges, will not apply to reservations made for this camp.
