Women of Grace, the widows’ support ministry of Women-in-Covenant (WIC), invites widows to learn about the journey to mental health wellness.

Our speaker, Mrs Seah Kheng Yeow, will be sharing insights and strategies on how to navigate this journey. She has been a professional social worker for almost 38 years. She holds a Masters Degree in Counselling and has counselled adults with marriage, spousal violence and mental health concerns.
