1. Are the services of Project Help available to pre-believers or other church’s visitors and members?
No. In light of the current economic situation, Project Help is currently available only to our members and regular worshippers* of Covenant Evangelical Free Church (CEFC). In the event of overwhelming response, priority will be given to our church members.
* You should be attending our services for at least the past 3 months and intending to make CEFC your home church.

2. What types of services does Project Help offer?
During this downturn period, Project Help seek to extend a helping hand to those experience job loss or financial hardships through these key offerings:
• Human Resource;
• Financial and General Counseling; and
• Financial Assistance.

3. What sort of financial assistance can an applicant receive from the Project Help teams?
The Project Help team provides temporary relief for applicants mainly in the form of food vouchers and payment-in-kind such as utilities or transport on a case by case basis.

4. What kind of turnaround time can I expect from the Project Help teams?
We endeavour to respond within 14 days upon submission of your application. Please bear with us if there is an overwhelming response to this initiative as it is manned by volunteers.

5. How do I apply to Project Help to seek the relevant assistance?
You will need to complete and submit the application form to Project Help for processing via email or snail mail. Physical copies of the form are also made available at our Bukit Panjang or Woodlands centre on Sundays.

6. Will Project Help work with other external organisations?
At this juncture, the Project Help teams will only share with the applicants the availability of such external relevant resources. As and when it is necessary, we will assist in linking the applicants to such resources.
