How Can I Get Help?

If you are currently facing a specific legal issue, you are welcome to seek preliminary basic advice and information from the Legal Advisory Team of Project Help*.

1. Complete the application form and email or mail to the Project Help Team (HR) for processing. Physical copies of this form are also made available at our Bukit Panjang or Woodlands centre on Sundays.

2. Thereafter, one of the other teams within Project Help will interview you initially to determine if there is a need for input(s) by the Legal Advisory Team. Legal advice will be given in person, by telephone or email.

3. The involvement of the Legal Advisory Team ceases when advice is given and/or you have instructed solicitors, and further inputs from this team are deemed unnecessary.

* The legal advice given under Project Help is only preliminary basic advice and information. It is meant to guide and provide a better understanding of the legal issues at hand which may give some relief to the Applicant. The advice is not intended to replace, substitute or supplement legal advice and action that may be needed. The volunteer lawyers are prohibited by law to act for the Applicant.
