7. If I make an application to the HR Team at Project Help, can I be assured of a suitable job match and confirmed employment at the recruiting company?
As in all job search services, it is not possible to guarantee suitable job matches and any actual hiring.
A successful job search is dependent on many factors which include but are not limited to the individual’s skill set having a good match against the skills required by the job position. Your personality and culture fit with the recruiting company plays a part as well. The recruiting company holds the prerogative whether or not to hire.
We can only provide guidance and assistance in career transition to applicants, and hopefully increase the probability of the applicant being recruited.
