Worship is the very heart of disciplemaking. We are redeemed to worship and glorify God, not just as an individual but as a Body. Worship becomes our central expression of love for our God - it is not only our Sunday celebration but goes beyond that into our daily lives and our very being. Worship is the chief end of our disciplemaking.

Prayer

The Prayer Pillar exists to

Undergird the church, the Body of Christ at large and the strategic church initiatives with fervent, tenacious and faithful intercession.
Enlarge the depth and scope of prayer of the church (corporately and individually)
Increase the number of Prayers in the church through:
A weekly concerted time of Prayer Intercession
Congregational Prayer Initiatives
Ministry Intercessors in the different ministries in the church
Equipping of Intercessors
Inculcate a lifestyle of prayer in every disciple through Congregational Prayer Initiatives (Eg. Super Saturday, Prayer Walks, Dawn Prayer, 24/7 Prayer Chain, Global Day of Prayer)

Outreach

The Outreach Pillar exists to mobilise members towards growing a more intentional PDA lifestyle through promotion and participation in church outreach events; development and distribution of tools and resources in personal evangelism, equipping and enhancing the skills and practice of sharing the Good News to our spheres of influence; and engaging and connecting with the community around us in mutually beneficial opportunities for partnership and blessings.

Missions

Covenant EFC is committed to missions in obedience to the command of our Lord that we go and make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19). In discipling the nations, Covenant EFC believes that the missionaries (including tentmakers) as well as the senders and mobilisers are key to fulfilling the vision. We are therefore seeking to raise up a team of about
100 senders and mobilisers for each UPG (Unreached People Group) in order to support the work of the missionaries.

Covenant Groups

Covenant Groups form the basis of community life where gifts are exercised, lives are ministered to, and pre-believers come into contact with the loving fellowship of believers of Christ. It is the chief base for our disciplemaking.
