PERSONAL PRAYER
Read John 14:21–24; 1 John 2:1–6, 4:19 & 5:3
Reflect
God first loves us and graciously turns sinful human beings to become His beloved children through Jesus Christ. What a gift of sonship, love and intimacy with the Almighty God! In
gratitude, we love Him in return too through our joyful obedience!
• Think about the price God paid for you to be called children of God and be dearly loved by Him.
• Reflect on your love for God. How do you fare in terms of willing and joyful obedience?
Pray
• Thank God for His love to you. Think of specific examples.
• Thank God for the promise of His abiding presence, and ask Him to reveal more of Himself to you.
• Ask God for a heart of obedience to His Word, especially in one area that you are still struggling with.

Missions
Scripture: John 14:21
Our Dream
To love the Lord is the heartbeat for missions, so our dream is for all Covenanters to love the Lord and obey His commands.
Our mission goal for 2020 is for all church members to be involved in missions:
• 10% (500 members) to be sent out as missionaries to plant 1,000 disciple-making church plants in Asia.
• 10 church members (the other 90%) to be praying for each missionary.
Three Greatest Prayer Needs
1. Every child of God will participate in missions and there will be no spectators.
2. Everyone will have a significant and unique role. For example, support missionaries in prayer or financially; be a witness to a migrant colleague or friends; make a Christian impact in another country.
3. Ask God for diligence and faithfulness to fulfill what He has assigned to you.
