Friday 15 July
Week 3, Day 15
PERSONAL PRAYER
Read Psalm 89:30–34; Exodus 20:1–17
God’s love is a covenantal love. Hence, He will love us to the end despite our breaking of our covenant to Him through our disobedience and unfaithfulness to Him and His commandments. Let us remember that true love is not devoid of punishment of wrongdoing. God punishes in purest love, holiness and justice.
Reflect
• Ponder over God’s unconditional and unfailing love poured out to you.
• How faithful have you been in keeping your covenantal love with God?
Pray
• Would you renew your covenantal love relationship with God? (cf. Matt 26:26–29; Luke 9:23)
• Thank God for His grace and great love.
