General Office Administration
To establish a multitask, general pool of helpers who can be called
upon to serve in the administrative or logistical support services
needed in ad-hoc project base events organised by the church.
Activities listed are as follows:
1) Secretarial
-Compiling and entering data into databases / spreadsheets for analysis
-Filing, typing and photocopying
-Inserting letters /seminar 's brochures into envelopes
-Contacting people
