	Key Result Areas To concretize this vision of a DISCIPLEMAKING CHURCH, we envision 5 key result areas:

	Leadership Development We start with a commitment to mentor our leaders. The pastors meet with me weekly for a QC Time (Question and Contribution Time). They in turn meet with their Area Overseers; and these in turn meet with their CGLs. The programme that we will use is Experiencing God by Henry Blackably.

	Multiplying Cells Our "formal structure" in mass discipling is done through Covenant Groups (CGs). We affirm small groups as the base of our disciplemaking. We aim for 75% of Average Weekly Attendance in Covenant Groups.

	Growth By Conversion Our city of 3 million people has about 2.5 million yet to know Christ! We target responsive sectors. Our adopted community in Bukit Panjang alone has about 78000 people. To be a Disciplemaking Church, we must be outward looking and take growth by conversion seriously.

	Effective Follow-Up System We are not just to "make converts" but to "make disciples". We want to be actively accountable for each person who has come to know Christ through our ministries. Our aim is to have every ready convert finish the 25 weeks Follow-Up course for new believers.

	Spiritual Multiplication When all is said and done, we want to see that 75% of our leaders have grown in their spiritual life as a result of having mentored someone in their life towards the 4 key agendas.
